1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" means the f08apk website accessible at https://f08apk.org and all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-domains, and services operated under the f08apk brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to f08apk and its affiliated operating entities responsible for the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin value, cashback, or reload credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by f08apk before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under these Terms, including jurisdictions where applicable law expressly prohibits online gambling.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as published on the Platform, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the f08apk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player holds an active Account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. f08apk enforces a strict minimum age policy. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all pending bets, and return the deposited principal balance after completing age verification. Under no circumstances will winnings generated by an underage Player be paid out.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. f08apk does not accept registrations from residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, or any other jurisdiction where online gambling services of this nature are expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds contained therein.

3 Account Registration

To access any real-money service on the f08apk Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, a fictitious identity, or another person's personal details. f08apk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration information at any time.

3.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for selecting a secure password for your Account and for maintaining its confidentiality. f08apk will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Activation

Upon completing registration, f08apk may send a verification link to the email address provided. Your Account will remain in a restricted state until email verification is completed. f08apk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. f08apk implements 256-bit SSL encryption, tokenised payment processing, and time-limited session tokens to protect Account security at the platform level. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

4.1 Two-Factor Authentication

f08apk strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a time-sensitive verification code in addition to your password at the point of login. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the Account Settings section of the Platform.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If f08apk detects unusual login activity, transactions inconsistent with a Player's typical behaviour, or indicators of unauthorized Account access, we reserve the right to temporarily lock the Account and require re-verification of identity before restoring access. We will notify the Account holder at the registered email address as soon as it is reasonably practicable to do so.

4.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Account credentials with any third party — including family members, agents, or betting syndicates — is prohibited. Any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through a shared Account will be treated as the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the f08apk Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are processed through the Indonesian banking and e-wallet infrastructure. The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

f08apk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. f08apk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to payment-provider restrictions.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful bank transfer or e-wallet confirmation.
• f08apk charges no fees on any deposit transaction. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to their source.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within an average of three (3) minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the f08apk Account holder.
• f08apk charges no fees on any withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification for amounts exceeding Rp 5.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 20.000.000 in cumulative transactions within any 30-day rolling period.
• f08apk reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending further investigation.

5.4 Currency

All Balances, bets, winnings, and promotional credits are held, displayed, and transacted exclusively in IDR. f08apk does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees apply within the Platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, and other wagering activities on the f08apk Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. f08apk offers pre-match and live in-play betting on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the Champions League, badminton grand slams, MotoGP, and E-sports tournaments including Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available throughout the sportsbook. Bets on voided events will have stakes returned. f08apk reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any market at its discretion.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. f08apk does not control the outcome of any live casino game. All games use random number generation or physical dealing/spinning processes that are independently certified as fair. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned at f08apk's discretion.

6.3 Slots

All slot titles on the Platform are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each title's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is available in the game's information panel. Players seeking the highest-RTP titles may use the Platform's slot gacor (high-RTP slot) filter. f08apk does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters set by game providers.

6.4 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. f08apk endeavors to settle all bets as promptly as possible after official results are confirmed. Complaints regarding settlement must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant event. No claims will be accepted after this period.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

f08apk offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all f08apk bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets contribute according to odds-based rules published on the promotion page.
• The maximum bet permitted while a wagering requirement is active is Rp 500.000 per round or event. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus wagering is incomplete may be voided.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as detailed on the Platform's promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. f08apk reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Prohibited Bonus Activity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched betting or collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to meet wagering requirements.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.

8 KYC & Verification

f08apk is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may be triggered at any stage of a Player's Account lifecycle.

8.1 When KYC is Required

KYC verification will be requested in any of the following circumstances:

• A withdrawal request exceeds Rp 5.000.000 in a single transaction.
• Cumulative withdrawals exceed Rp 20.000.000 within any rolling 30-day period.
• f08apk's fraud detection systems flag unusual activity on an Account.
• Discrepancies are identified between registration information and payment account details.

8.2 Required Documents

Players required to complete KYC must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents via the Account verification portal or by uploading to live chat:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence issued by the Republic of Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used for deposits, clearly showing the account holder's name and account number.

8.3 Verification Timeframe

f08apk endeavors to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests subject to KYC will be processed promptly once verification is confirmed. f08apk is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to submit required KYC documents in a timely manner.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f08apk Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, game malfunctions, or any Platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f08apk staff or other Platform users.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome is known or can be reliably predicted through insider information.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the f08apk Platform — including but not limited to the f08apk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of f08apk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from f08apk.
• Use the f08apk brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of f08apk's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f08apk's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

f08apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether f08apk had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.2 Service Availability

f08apk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. f08apk is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform unavailability, including any betting opportunities missed during a period of downtime.

11.3 Third-Party Game Content

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is delivered to the Platform under licence. f08apk does not accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect RTP behaviour in third-party game content, provided that reasonable steps are taken to resolve reported issues promptly upon notification from the game provider.

12 Responsible Gaming

f08apk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that online betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following tools and policies reflect our commitment to player wellbeing.

12.1 Available Tools

f08apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. f08apk is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of f08apk's operating jurisdiction. f08apk is licensed and regulated internationally and operates in compliance with the standards required by its licence authority.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are required to contact f08apk's customer support team in the first instance and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage, typically within 24–72 hours.
